No. I think gdm included it because I was running gdm from `github.com/mholt/caddy/caddy`, and there are other components `github.com/mholt/caddy/caddyfile`, `github.com/mholt/caddy/caddyhttp`, etc.

Ah yeah, `mps-youtube`'s dependence on `youtube-dl` is rather frivolous...

Anyway, I don't think the underlying issue has been fixed (pretty sure I encountered just that yesterday, with 2017.05.14, and nothing really changed in between), so I won't be surprised if it randomly fails again in the future.
