Zsh 5.4.1 (new)

Unfortunately I can only find a 16x16 icon (the favicon of zsh.sourceforge.net). `[email protected]` in this repo is upscaled, but I did not put the upscaled version into the actual docset.

Fill in the vacuum as a result of the removal of `--with-texi2html` in #16503, without restoring the option. This adds a 3.1MB source download and 3.6MB of install size (on top of the existing 8.7MB install).
Rationale: I miss the offline docs. Especially on a transcontinental flight without Internet access.
