CircleCI integration is done. Syntax is not nearly as pleasant as Travis, and since I'm using Docker directly in the workflow instead of running my workflow inside a Docker container (a Travis remnant apparently — I didn't touch my setup and testing scripts), it took a while to figure out.
No need to cut out Travis for the time being.Migrate away from Travis

这是中科大的镜像啊，你好像汇报错地方了……虽然是同一个问题。遇到了同样的问题：https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/black/ 为空（black没有stable，只有prerelease）。JSON API里确实可以看到release：https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/pypi/black/json ，然而应该不相干吧，因为URL都是files.pythonhosted.org的，跟不用镜像没有区别。<s>我觉得https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/pypi/ 就是个反向代理？</s>（更新：显然不是反向代理，只是把json下载下来了。）反正PEP381并不要求mirror /pypi，而且pip用的是/simple，这JSON API也没什么用。
